Media Example of Parody

By Monday, January 4th you should have found an example of Parody in the media. This can be a video clip, advertisement, piece of art, etc and created a post about it.In your post you must either post the image/video or include a link to it.

Underneath your image or link, write a short paragraph explaining the piece as parody. Your explanation should include a distinct reason as to why it is NOT satire.

Monopoly Review

Now that you have played multiple versions of Monopoly, create a blog post which answers the following questions in a three paragraph format. Posts are due by Monday, December 14th at 8am.

1. Which version of monopoly was your favorite. Why was the best in your opinion?

2. In which version of monopoly did you feel you received the best understanding of the political and economic instability? Explain your answer.

3. After playing Monopoly and the various versions of the game created by the class, which country/time period offers its citizens the most opportunities? Which offered the least?
